Massimo Franco (Campania RSCD) among Neapolitan Ragù Day supporters

A regional law awaiting approval proposes to establish a Neapolitan Ragù Celebration Day every second Sunday of November.
Its supporters include Professor Massimo Franco, Director of the Italian Academy of Cuisine’s Regional Study Centre (RSC) for Campania. When the bill was discussed by the Regional Council, Campania’s legislative assembly, he emphasised the importance of Neapolitan ragù as a symbol of cultural identity, pointing out that the proposal, promoted by young people, deserves maximum facilitation. This collaboration inspired by childhood values contributes to the revival of traditions that we run the risk of losing.
