The Memorandum of Understanding between the Italian Academy of Cuisine, under President Paolo Petroni, and the Georgofili Academy, under President Massimo Vincenzini, was renewed on Thursday 20 March at the Georgofili’s headquarters, Logge degli Uffizi Corti, Florence. Secretary-General Roberto Ariani was also present.
The two important cultural institutions are committed to collaboratively defending our historic cultural heritage and making the most of the new technical and scientific developments affecting typical agrifood products, nutrition and regional cuisine.
