The Academy partners with ALMA’s project “I am Cuisine - Tales of Italian Flavour”

With a special soirée at the Cracco restaurant in the Galleria, Milan, ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, has ventured into digital entertainment, launching its first Podcast: “Io sono Cucina – Storie dal gusto italiano” (“I am Cuisine: Tales of Italian Flavour”), dedicated to our country’s gastronomic traditions and culture. The Italian Academy of Cuisine is a partner in this project, alongside the University of Parma, the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri e d’Arte and Casa Artusi. Speakers in the six episodes will include Honorary President Giovanni Ballarini and Massimo Montanari, Honorary Academician for Imola. Maria Luisa Mandelli, Regional Coordinator for Western Lombardy and Milano Duomo Delegate, attended the launch on 17 May representing the Academy.
The Podcast will be available from 18 May on Spotify, Apple Podcast, Audible and all the other main digital platforms.
