The prize dedicated to the memory of Gianni Fossati, Academic and journalist, has reached its sixth edition. The award is reserved for print-medium journalists (enrolled on the Register of Journalists, Publicists or Trainees), not belonging to the Academy, who have distinguished themselves through the authority and quality of their promotion and championing of Italian cuisine.
Nominations, supplemented by CV, rationale and selected articles, must be emailed to segreteria@accademia1953.it by 30 June 2026.
