The third edition of International Italian Food Week, in which the Italian Academy of Cuisine played a starring role, recently drew to a close. This annual event series promotes top-notch Italian cuisine abroad. Many Delegations and Legations organised events centred on food, paying particular attention to tradition, artisanal production and innovation.
