IV Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

The Villa Farnesina, headquarters of the Italian Foreign Ministry, hosted the working group, coordinated by Director-General Vincenzo De Luca, in preparation for the fourth edition of International Italian Food Week, planned for 18-24 November 2019, whose main theme this year will be “Food Education: the culture of taste”.
Addressing the group, Secretary-General Roberto Ariani noted thatour Academy’s presence during every edition of that event is one of its great strengths, considering that, with Delegations in 50 countries, it is constantly active in promoting Italian food culture. This year too, the Delegations will collaborate closely with the consular network to promote a wealth of events, from conferences to round tables, while providing cultural support for activities organised by other governmental bodies.
